eBoard was born from a simple observation: African organisations deserve the same quality governance tools as their global counterparts, but at pricing that makes sense for African markets.
Global board management platforms charge $50,000 to $200,000 per year — pricing that puts them out of reach for most Kenyan organisations. Yet the governance challenges are the same: boards need secure documents, efficient meetings, and proper compliance documentation.
